Dorothy Welsh Hamilton Fund
The Dorothy Welsh Hamilton (DWH) Fund provides scholarships to young Maryland women who attend Cottey College. Named after the first president of Maryland State Chapter, this fund is administered through the P.E.O. Foundation.
The DWH Fund Committee is made up of three members: DWH Fund Chair, Cottey College Chair and the Project Adviser.
